This enables an organisation to purchase a bundle of shiny official Bronze or Silver certificate credits for their learners.
How certificate credits work:
- Purchase credits from the shop
- See your credits appear in the portal
- Select Award winners and order printed certificates for them from the portal
Important information:
- When purchasing credits please check out using the same email address as the one that is your organisation's owner on iDEA - this will help us to link the credits to the correct account more quickly
- Make sure you've saved your organisation's address (in settings) so that we know where to send the certificates
- Once you have ordered certificates we will do our best to have them produced and dispatched as soon as possible but delivery may take a couple of weeks.
